As the owner of Holistic Local, a directory of over 9000 businesses, I get to see a lot of websites promoting holistic, green and ethical businesses, and I’m sad to say that most of them are making at least three of these mistakes.

25% of ALL commercial Internet searches are conducted by users looking for local merchants (Kelsey-Bizrate 2004)
